General Description:
One of the true boutique hotels of Sydney. Located just north of the harbour bridge in bustling North Sydney, the McLaren is a combination of old and new. The original 18th century mansion houses 12 rooms, with the new wing connected to hotel by a sun filled glass atrium (where you have breakfast), which has 16 rooms. The hotel is at the 3.5-4 star level, with all rooms having private facilities, king beds, direct dial phones, satelite TV etc. A must for the seasoned traveller, sick of the stereotype modern marble, crammed lifts, no fresh air type of hotel.
